This policy describes how Overlap handles information when you use the timezone planner and its supporting pages.
Your planner preferences
The planner reads the timezone reported by your browser to show your local time. This does not require precise GPS location. Locations you add, working hours, time format, export options, and your selected planning time are stored in your browser’s localStorage so your setup can return on your next visit.
The planner processes these preferences in your browser; its application code does not send them to an Overlap account or database. Copying times uses your clipboard when you choose Copy, and downloading creates a text file on your device.
Website requests
Like other websites, loading Overlap sends request information such as your IP address, browser information, requested URL, and request time to the hosting infrastructure. Hosting providers may process this information to deliver, secure, and operate the website.
Cookies and similar technologies
Overlap uses localStorage for planner preferences. Advertising services, when enabled, may use cookies and similar technologies to serve and measure advertisements, prevent abuse, and remember privacy choices.
Google AdSense and advertising partners
Overlap is prepared to use Google AdSense. When advertising is enabled, third-party vendors, including Google, may use cookies or similar technologies to serve and measure ads based on your visits to this and other websites. Google’s advertising cookies enable it and its partners to serve personalized ads where permitted and subject to applicable consent choices.

Consent and privacy choices
Where a consent message is shown, use its controls to make or change your advertising choices. Any enabled consent platform manages those choices separately from the planner’s saved preferences. Browser cookie settings and advertising personalization settings offer additional controls; disabling personalization does not necessarily stop all advertisements or all storage.
Analytics
The current application code does not include a separate analytics integration. Advertising providers may measure ad delivery and performance when ads are enabled. Hosting services may also process operational request data as described above.
Managing browser storage
Your browser settings let you block or delete cookies and clear site data. Clearing Overlap’s site data removes saved planner preferences on that browser. Blocking storage may prevent settings from being remembered. Changes on one browser or device do not automatically apply to another.
